CUTX Charitable Foundation

Our mission is to create philanthropic solutions to empower the most vulnerable among us in the communities we serve. We do this by connecting people to local resources in several key areas.

We're Invested in the Communities We Serve.

Through the CUTX Charitable Foundation, we serve our communities by connecting people to local resources who are struggling with suburban homelessness, food insecurity, women in crisis, children in crisis, and those with special needs. We work to join these groups with the resources they need to be empowered, thriving community members.

About the CUTX Charitable Foundation

Our Mission

Our mission is to create philanthropic solutions to empower the most vulnerable among us in the communities we serve.

Our History

In 1931, a small group of Dallas teachers applied for a credit union charter. In the beginning, CUTX's assets totaled only $65! Today, CUTX is one of the largest credit unions in the state with more than $2 billion in assets. Putting people before profits has long been a priority for the credit union, and CUTX has donated millions of dollars to the communities it serves. The natural evolution was the formation of the CUTX Charitable Foundation. The Foundation was officially established in 2020 and received its 501(c)(3) approval in 2022.

Our Partners

The CUTX Charitable Foundation strives to support and connect other local non-profits and charities within DFW. We partner with a multitude of organizations to ensure we are giving wherever there is a need. To see a list of our partners, check out out our Partnerships page
