Log in to your online banking. Then, on the Dashboard within the Quick Links section, you'll find the Send Money with RIA3 tab. Click on it to access Ria's portal, and start sending money to your loved ones!

Ways to Send and Receive Money with Ria1

  • Send Money Through Online Banking: Login to your Online Banking and look for the Send Money with Ria tab where you'll be able to start sending money.
  • Send Money Through our Mobile App: Use our CUTXMOBILE app2 to conveniently send money anywhere, anytime!
  • Send money In-Person from a Ria authorized store: Go to an authorized store and send money to your loved ones abroad.
  • Cash Pick-Up: Visit an authorized Ria location so you can withdraw your money in cash.
  • Receive Money in your Bank Account: Receive money directly into your bank account.
  • Mobile Wallet:2 Receive/send money transfers through your electronic wallet.












Ria FAQs

Ria is an international money transfer platform where members will be able to send money to over 190 countries. CUTX members will be able to send money to their loved ones abroad through Ria in Online Banking or the CUTXMOBILE App.
Ria does charge additional fees when you send money. Fees are dependent on a variety of factors, such as:

- Payment method
- Payout method
- Send country
- Transfer destination
- Transfer amount
Yes. Any member can cancel a money transfer made through Ria as long as the transfer has not been paid out.
CUTX members must contact Ria Customer Care directly to follow up on a refund for a canceled transfer.
CUTX members should contact Ria Customer Care directly in the following situations:

- Canceling a transfer
- Money refunds (corresponding to the cancellation of a money transfer)
- Canceled transfer status

Ria recommends its users consider the following tips to avoid being victims of fraud.

Don't send money to:
  • A stranger - in this country or anywhere
  • Someone you met online
  • Someone who says that sending money is the only acceptable payment method
  • Someone who asked you to deposit a check and send them a portion of the money
  • Someone who claims to be a family member who has an emergency and wants to keep the money transfer a secret
