Childhood can be the most vulnerable time in one’s life. Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center serves over 8,000 children each year who were sexually abused, severely physically abused, or who had witnessed a violent crime. Credit Union of Texas is proud to partner with DCAC and support the great work in protecting children. Credit Union of Texas, along with financial contributions, has collected toys, donated school supplies, and volunteers.

Giving is fun! At CUTX we know that teaching financial literacy to students is critical for their future success. We are proud to partner with Junior Achievement to help teach students these necessary skills. We accepted the Best New Team award last night at the JA Awards Celebration. Our employees donated over $5,000 to go towards Junior Achievement! Way to go team CUTX!

CUTX employees taught financial literacy classes to 250 students at Dallas ISD's K B Polk Elementary School this morning as part of Junior Achievement of Dallas' JA in a Day program.

It's always a wonderful feeling to give back to our communities! Our Regional Team rolled up their sleeves and helped pack, sort, and organize canned goods at the North Texas Food Bank Distribution Center in Plano!

Credit Union of Texas coordinated a food drive in response to the supply shortage caused by tornadoes in North Texas. Thanks to the generosity and caring spirit of our employees, CUTX presented the North Texas Food Bank with a donation that will provide 15,336 meals to those in need.
