Setting up Apple Pay

Apple Pay is the digital payment system for iOS mobile devices. Open the wallet app on your phone. Snap a photo of your CUTX Mastercard Debit Card and enter the security code from the back. Once you validate the card with CUTX, simply touch the fingerprint scanner near any compatible card reader.

Setting up Google Pay

Google Pay works with Android phones running the latest version of the operating system. Download Google Pay and set it up, adding your CUTX MasterCard Debit Card. Google Pay works with PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or retinae scanning screen locks.

Setting up Samsung Pay

Samsung Pay works with Samsung phones and has an extra feature to make it usable with terminals equipped for digital wallets and for older card readers that work on magnetic stripes. Like with the others, find the wallet app on your phone and add your CUTX Mastercard Debit Card.

Take your pick. You can either drop by one of our locations, email Card Services (please include full name and last 4 digits of SSN), or call 972-263-9497.
It's a simple process once you log into online banking. Just activate the Debit Card Fraud Alerts and Transaction Alerts under Settings & Alerts. You can set up your preferences for what triggers an alert.
Call us at 866-985-2273 to activate your card or change your PIN.
First, open the wallet app that came with your phone. Then, take a picture of your debit and/or credit card and enter your security code. Next, follow the steps provided to verify your card with us. Keep in mind, you may need to set up your fingerprint scanner so you can pay with just the touch of a finger.
Don't panic, but act quickly. Immediately call 972-263-9497 or 1-800-314-3828 to report it. Agents are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will cancel your card and issue you another. You can pick up a replacement at one of our branches or we’ll mail it to you.
If you still have your card but it's damaged, drop by one of our branch locations to get a replacement. Or call us at 972-263-9497 to request a new card by mail.
That depends on where you use it. There are no fees if you use your card at any merchant that accepts Mastercard, or at one of our ATM locations. You may pay a fee for using a foreign ATM or if you use your card internationally. Most international fees are 2% of the transaction.
