Additionally, through the Pathways Program, CUTX employees can be mentored by senior leaders. The program also accepts management and senior leader candidates, providing opportunity for employees to get promoted to a manager or senior leader position at the end of the program. Annually, qualified employees are eligible for organizational performance bonuses based on goal attainment. Additionally, employees are able to gain extra PTO hours by volunteering. Every hour an employee volunteers with one of our non-profit partners, they can earn one hour of PTO.
