HELOC Closing Cost Key Points

  • At CUTX, there are minimal closing costs for a HELOC

  • CUTX conducts remote appraisals which are fast and easy

At CUTX, we keep the closing cost of a home equity line of credit to a minimum. The fist thing we do is try to run what we call an “AVM”. It’s a computer model, we plug some dots off a map that are within your same radius of where your home is located. By being able to do that online value, that saves you from having to pay excess closing costs. We don’t have to send and do an at home appraisal where somebody is coming into your home. That’s risky in and of itself these days, so we try to make that process as easy and affordable as possible for you.
