Legacy Android Support in Online Banking

Android Support CUTX
Beginning Thursday, October 22, CUTX will no longer support the use of Android Operating System (OS) versions 5.x and 6.x. While these versions of the app will still work, users with Android 5.x or 6.x devices will not be able to update or install new versions of the CUTX app. The new minimally supported OS version will be Android OS 7. To ensure that you continue to have access to the newest version of our app, please be sure to update your device.
 

To find out which Android OS is on your device:


  • Open your device’s Settings.
  • Tap About Phone or About Device.
  • Tap Android Version to display your version information.
For members who do not want to update or cannot update, please be sure to turn off auto-update on the CUTX app. Visit your Play Store to make sure the app is not set on auto-update. This action will allow you to remain on the older app versions. Please note: This option will no longer work if CUTX forces an app update in the future.
