We're excited to offer you a new and improved digital banking experience. Our newest upgrade offers an easier-to-use interface, enhanced security, and an improved look! We've gathered some great resources for you, so you can be empowered with the knowledge you need to navigate digital banking like a pro!

New Online Banking & Bill Pay FAQs

You may need to delete your cache and remove the CUTX link from your favorites to make sure that your computer points you to the new log in page. Here’s how:

Internet Explorer
  1. In Internet Explorer, hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  2. Check the boxes like the below image.
  3. Click the “Delete” button
  4. Close all instances of IE and reopen

Chrome
  1. In Chrome, hit Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  2. Check the boxes like the below image.
  3. Click the “Clear browsing data” button
  4. Close all instances of Chrome and reopen

All your accounts will be automatically moved over to the new system once we are ready to launch this spring. Once it’s live, you will follow these steps:

  1. Log into the system using your current credentials
  2. You will be asked to confirm your identity and select a method (either by text, email or phone) to receive a secure access code
  3. Once you receive the code (in a matter of seconds!), enter it in the box
  4. You will be asked to set a new password
  5. Accept the First Time User agreement
  6. SUCCESS! You are logged in and ready to go!

 

Yes, your payees will transfer to the new improved bill pay provider. In order to ensure accurate transfer of accounts, we will be required to disable the bill pay site a few days prior to our spring go-live date. Once we’re live, we ask that you review all payee information to ensure accuracy. It is important to verify the delivery date of each payment as this may change due to the conversion.

New online banking will go live on Tuesday, April 25, 2017!

No, an update will be made to the existing mobile app. The update will be pushed out to Android users immediately but could take up to 48 hours for iOS users.

A good rule of thumb is that the last 2 versions are supported. Currently iOS 8 and newer.
