How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information by logging in to Online Banking, clicking on “Services” from the menu on the left side of the screen, and then clicking on “Update Contact Info”. If you are on the Mobile App, you will need to click “Menu” in the top left corner of the screen.
You may also update your contact information by visiting a Branch Location in person with a valid State or Government issued ID.
We can update your information by mail with a signed request and a copy of your valid ID. You can mail that to:
