Accessing Online Banking is quick and easy, whether you use a personal computer, smartphone, or tablet. If this is the first time you're logging in to Online Banking, You might see a few additional steps. To log in, visit our website or open our Mobile Banking app on your device. Enter your login ID in the provided field. You are then asked to enter your password. Type it into the provided field and continue. If you happen to forget your password, there is a button to help you reset it. If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your access is blocked until you contact a service representative. When you log in from an unregistered web browser or device, you need to request a Secure Access Code. A Secure Access Code is a randomly- generated number that helps us verify your identity. A selection of contact points then displays. Choose which method you prefer for immediate delivery of your Secure Access Code. Enter it in the provided field and continue. Each code is only active for a short time. You are then prompted to register your browser or device. Doing so allows you to skip the Secure Access Code process during future logins. We recommend that you do not register any public or shared devices, such as a computer at a library or hotel. After registration, you'll be taken to the Online Banking homepage.
The first thing you see after logging into Online Banking is the home page, which contains a list of your accounts and their respective balances. You can click and drag your Account Tabs to rearrange them. When dragging an Account Tab, the Account Group icon appears at the bottom of the page. Dropping the Account Tab on this icon creates a new Account Group. Click on the right side of an Account Tab to slide open a panel of tools. Choose Quick Transfer to move money from that account to any of your other linked accounts. Choose View Activity to see a list of all transactions pertaining to that account. You can filter all the transactions by a variety of criteria. Clicking on a transaction displays more details. You can also print or export a list of transactions from this page. Below your Account Tabs is a summary of your total assets. You can cycle through your linked accounts to see their respective balances and asset percentages.
You can move money between your accounts with our Transfer Money tool. Select which account to move money from, which account to move money to, the amount to send, and the date to make the transfer. To create a recurring transfer, simply click the checkbox to set the schedule and click the orange Transfer Money button. A confirmation message displays letting you know that the transfer was successful. Along with the confirmation message is a link to view the transaction in your online Activity Center. There, you can approve or cancel any drafted transactions.
Add & Verify External Accounts
You can link your external accounts to use them for transferring funds. On the Manage External Accounts page, fill out the form with the necessary details and submit it when finished. We will make two small deposits into that account within a few business days. Once you receive those deposits, you can then verify that account. The Manage External Account page shows you a list of external accounts, along with the status of each link. Select the account you want to verify and then enter the amounts of the two deposits made into that external account. Once verified, the account appears in your list of transfer accounts.
With Member-to-Member Transfer, you can send money to anyone who has an account with us. To make a single transfer, start by selecting the account you want to withdraw from. Enter an amount to send and a description of the transfer. Then add all the required details for your intended recipient. Lastly, you see a confirmation window showing all the specified details of that transfer. You can then visit the Activity Center to view, edit, or cancel it.
The Activity Center page shows you a detailed list of your transaction history broken up into sections. Click an appropriate tab at the top to view single transactions, recurring transactions, or deposited checks. Use the search bar or the filter settings to find important transactions. Click on a transaction entry to view more details and an action list. The action list includes various tools for managing that transaction.
To view your statements within Online Banking, you must first confirm that you are a real person. Start on the PDF Verification page and select "Get code." A new window opens containing a PDF with a Verification Code. Type the code into the Verification Field and click "Verify." The first time you use e-Statements, you'll see the E-Sign Disclosure and Consent document. Please review it and select "Agree" to continue. You'll also need to sign up your account to receive e-Statements. Go to e-Statement Settings and check the box next to your Member Number to sign up. Add an email address to the field below to receive messages when your e-Statements become available. The Statement Selection page shows you all your available statements in a list, with your current statement at the top. It also shows your LOC Statements, Notices, and Tax Forms. Click on your desired statement or form to open it.
If you've previously ordered checks through us, you can order more through our trusted vendor's website. Start in Online Banking on the Reorder Checks page and select the account for which you'd like to order checks. You are then taken to our vendor’s website where you can complete the order. Once finished, you receive a confirmation that your checks are on the way.
Use the Stop Payment feature if you need to cancel a pending check. First, choose whether to stop a single check or multiple checks. Select the source account, and then enter the check number, the payee, the amount, and the date the check was issued. And finally, add a reason for the Stop Payment request. Normal Stop Payment fees apply and are clearly disclosed for review at your convenience. Click "Send Request" when you are finished and we will follow up with a confirmation of the Stop Payment request.
With Secure Messages, you have a safe way to send and receive information about your account. When you open the Messages page, you see your most recent conversation. All other conversations will appear in the Messages list. Click on an entry in the list to read it. Above the Messages list is a trash can icon, which can be used to delete selected messages. After reading a message, you can delete it or send a reply. Use the trash can icon to delete it, or the arrow icon to send a reply. To send a new secure message, click "New Message." Select an appropriate topic for the message and then type out your subject and message in the designated boxes. You can also attach a file if needed. All messages will expire after a certain period of time. You can save a message indefinitely by clicking the checkbox.
Security Alerts Overview
Our Alert system plays a big role in keeping you in tune with important events, warning you about your account status, and notifying you when any transactions occur. They can even alert you to security risks, such as when your profile or account information changes. The Security Alerts page will show you all the alerts you currently have, including both enabled and disabled. On the Security Alerts page, you can toggle between "On" and "Off" to enable or disable any created alerts. Lastly, many of the Security Alerts are required to be active, so they are dimmed in the selection menu. You can enable or disable optional Security Alerts depending on your account type. Security Alerts are always sent through Secure Messages by default. If you choose to add an additional delivery method, the alerts will be sent to each of the selected methods.
Account/ Profile Preferences
With the Account Preferences page, you can change the display settings for your accounts and account groups on your home page. You'll see a comprehensive list of your accounts, grouped by type. Selecting an account will let you view and change its display details. Select the “Edit" icon to set a new Online Display Name for the account. Use the arrows on the right side of each account entry to move it up or down in your list. The order of your accounts on this page will be reflected in your Account Summary.
There are several Security Preferences that can be changed. To set a new password, enter your old one in the field provided, and then enter your new password into both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Be sure to follow the guidelines for creating a strong password. When changing your ID, enter it into the designated field and submit. You can review and modify your Secure Access Code Delivery Information. Your available options are listed here, each with a button to edit or delete it. At the bottom of the list is a set of buttons for adding new delivery options.
In the Stores page, an interactive map shows you all our local branches, as well as our ATMs. Clicking on a location brings up more details about it, including hours and directions. Your browser or device might ask permission to access your location information. If your location is available, all stores sort by distance from you. If your location is not available, you see a default list.
Online Banking is a constantly evolving and growing service with new features and functions added all the time. And these new features, similar to the online services in other industries like healthcare, transportation, and e-commerce, are relying more and more heavily on the functionality of your computer and software. To help you make sure you can access the full range of features our Online Banking system has to offer, we've created this series of videos outlining the software requirements for your computer and mobile devices.
First, check to make sure your computer’s operating system is supported by our system. Some older operating systems cannot run the latest web browsers you'll need for accessing Online Banking. Mac users will need to have or upgrade to Mac OS-X. PC users will need to have Windows 7, 8, 10, or Vista with Service Pack 2. Windows XP users are encouraged to upgrade, because the version of Internet Explorer available for XP will not be compatible with our system.
Our Online Banking system needs the latest developments in web browser security to keep your account safe, so the software is only compatible with the most reliable web browsers. If your current browser is incompatible with our system, you will be notified as soon as you try to log in.
These are the minimum browser requirements for PC users. And these are the minimum requirements for Mac users. We recommend you download the latest version of a supported web browser by going to the company's website and following their simple instructions. To help you get the best out of your Online Banking experience, we recommend using one of these web browsers.
But note that our system is only compatible with Safari on Mac OS-X. Safari will not be supported on Windows. We also encourage you to set up your browser to update automatically. If you have questions about updating your browser or changing browser settings, you can find instructions on the company's website.
Another thing to remember is that registering a web browser in our Online Banking system relies on electronic markers called cookies. When you send the request to register your browser, our system then sends you a cookie so it can recognize you whenever you try to log in. If your browser is set up to block cookies, you will not be able to register that computer with our system. If you want to register your computer to avoid the secure access code process every time you log in, it is important that your browser accepts cookies. You can change how cookies are handled inside your browser settings or preferences menu.
There is such a wide variety of mobile devices to choose from, it's important to know if your device will be able to access our mobile banking app. First, note that only Apple and Android devices will work with our mobile app. Windows Phone, BlackBerry, and Kindle Fire will not be compatible with our app. Android devices must have Android OS 4.0.3 or newer, and Apple devices must have at least iOS 7 to run our app.
